Login Register X • Careers 3rd Steward(ess) - Worldwide Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3rd Steward(ess) for a 55m+ motor yacht. A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and adaptable stewardess who thrives in a busy interior, works well within a team, and maintains high standards throughout. This role offers the chance to step up into the 2nd Stewardess position during rotational leave, providing valuable leadership experience and increased responsibility. Requirements: • STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date • At least 1.5 years’ experience as Steward(ess) on similar sized vessels • Confident across all areas of the interior, with particular strength in service, cocktail making, and guest interaction, while remaining happy to rotate through housekeeping and laundry as required. • Comfortable handling guest requests independently and anticipating guest needs with a professional and positive approach. • Maintains exceptional presentation and attention to detail across all interior operations. • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support the wider interior team wherever needed. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Opportunity to step into the 2nd Stewardess role during rotational leave, taking on additional responsibility and supporting the smooth running of the interior department. • Positive team player who contributes to a professional, friendly, and guest-focused onboard atmosphere. • B1/B2 & Schengen visa essential Start date: Mid October Location: Europe Salary: TBC Leave: 3:1 rotation Vessel Program and itinerary: Charter & private – dual season, heading to the States in November.
