Bosun - Europe
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 100m+ motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable Bosun onboard a busy private yacht.
Requirements
• Yacht Master Offshore minimum required, OOW modules preferred
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Bosun on similar sized vessel
• Must be an experienced team leader and capable to lead a team of 11
• Must have strong safety culture, be reliable and hardworking
• Looking for someone to lead by example with good experience in leadership and management to work closely with the Chief Officer
• Proficient in a wide range of deck operation, including large tender driving, crane operations, maintenance, guest operations and water sports.
• Extensive yard experience is desirable
• Schengen visa required
Start date: 15 December
Location: Med
Salary: DOE
Rotation: 3:3
Program & Itinerary- Private vessel – dual season.
