You'll deliver premium cuts, fades, line-ups, beard work, and straight razor shaves to an international, high-tipping guest base — the kind of clientele and setting most barbershops can't offer. We're looking for someone with strong technical skills and genuine pride in the craft, who wants to build a career at a five-star property rather than just fill a chair. What You'll Do • Deliver haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, line-ups, beard trims, and straight razor shaves • Consult with guests on style and recommend the right service for them • Keep your station clean, organized, and up to spa sanitation standards • Recommend retail grooming products when it genuinely fits the guest • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines • Deliver five-star service to a global, high-end clientele • Support the wider spa team and overall guest experience What We're Looking For • Valid barber or cosmetology license (or equivalent certification) • Strong technical skills in classic and modern barbering techniques • 2+ years of professional experience preferred — strong newer barbers with the right technical foundation are encouraged to apply • Comfortable working with luxury, resort, or high-volume clientele • Excellent communication and guest service skills • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We Offer • Base pay plus gratuities/tips: • A role inside a world-class luxury resort with steady, high-volume guest traffic • Employee discounts on spa and resort services • Career growth within the Mandara Spa / OneSpaWorld network • Exposure to an international, high-tipping clientele
