About the role
**Position: 2nd Steward**
(male per cabin arrangements)
**Yacht: Motor 60+m Private**
**Start date**: ASAP
**Itinerary:** MED
**Licence:** STCW, ENG1 (valid for min. 6 months), Food & Hygiene L2.Passport (valid min. 1 year). Valid Schengen if applicable.
**Character:**
We are looking for a **2nd Steward** who is well-organised, self-motivated, efficient, and confident in leading the service department.
Working closely with the Service Steward, the 2nd Steward will oversee all aspects of meal and beverage service, including preparation, setup, and the maintenance of consistently high service standards. They will also be responsible for keeping accurate inventories of wine, crockery, cutlery, and other service-related items.
The yacht is used frequently with a high guest turnover, so we need someone who can work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment. Winters tend to be quieter. This is very much a hands-on role, and the successful candidate should be happy to assist throughout the interior wherever needed.

**Salary range:** Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 120 days leave.
