Other | Passenger - Ocean Cruise | Mediterranean

Set sail with OSM Thome on a passenger ocean cruise vessel in the Mediterranean. We are looking for dedicated seafarers for an “Other” onboard role, supporting smooth daily operations and delivering a safe and pleasant experience for guests and crew. Key Responsibilities • Read, understand, and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Maintain professional appearance standards, including wearing the prescribed uniform and identification badge in accordance with Company standards. • Participate in all required safety training, drills, and emergency procedures. • Carry and understand personal emergency assignments as outlined in the Muster List. • Perform assigned emergency duties in accordance with shipboard emergency procedures. • Demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s mission, values, and service standards. • Maintain professional conduct and promote a respectful and harassment-free working environment. Requirements • Previous seagoing or cruise ship experience is an advantage • Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness certificate as per STCW • Good command of English, spoken and written • Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to follow instructions • Customer-oriented mindset and readiness to work in a busy environment
