About the role
Windstar Cruises are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our fleet!
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, achieving sales targets that are set by the company, and ensuring that guest accounts are verified and charged correctly.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of retail experience working on board with a high-end cruise brand
1+ years experience with jewellery sales.
The salary is paid in USD ($) whilst onboard, per month worked plus incentive scheme.
Rotation of 6 months on, 2 months off.
Must have valid STCW 4-Part BST certification
