**Requirements: Captain experience on similar sized.**

- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

**Responsibilities: Captain and Engineer**
Running an active program with lots of water sports, owners is very active. The boat sits in a Marina.
Warranty work experience.
Clean and Good Safety record
Strong Mechanical/Engineering knowledge
Hard working and very hands on
Experience cruising the US east coast, Bahamas
Prior experience working with a management company or a willingness to collaborate with management.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Hands-on experience in the engine room and electronics for troubleshooting.
**Job Specifics: Runs only with the captain/Engineer. They will hire extra crew as needed. Crew cabin is 1 with 2 single beds.**
The vessel operates on a relaxed private program, with longer trips of approximately 3-5 days focused on watersports, fishing, snorkeling, lobstering, and similar activities. The yacht has made several multi-day trips to the Cay Sal Bank and generally avoids the more heavily traveled islands. The cruising schedule is not intensive, averaging approximately one trip every six to eight weeks, with holiday trips planned. This fall will be slightly busier, with trips scheduled in October, November, and during the final two weeks of the year.
**Salary range:** Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
**Package**: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
