**DECKHAND - 32m Private/Charter Motor Yacht - Permanent** **Position:** Deckhand **Yacht:** 32m Private/Charter Motor Yacht **Start Date:** Mid-September **Location:** Italy **Package:** - €3,500 per month - Permanent position - 42 days annual leave - Cayman Islands flag We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Deckhand** to join a 32m private/charter motor yacht on a permanent basis. The yacht is currently completing a shipyard period in Italy before returning to operations later in the season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a deckhand looking to join a professional, active programme with a varied itinerary. **Requirements:** - STCW Basic Safety Training - Yacht Rating - PBL2 - Valid ENG1 - Seaman's Book - B1/B2 Visa - Minimum one full season of yachting experience - Good knowledge of deck maintenance and detailing - Experience with watersports and guest activities - Comfortable preparing and serving basic drinks at the bar - Experience handling tenders is an advantage **The Ideal Candidate:** - Positive, energetic and hardworking - Excellent eye for detail - Team player with a strong work ethic - Guest-focused with a can-do attitude - Keen to learn and develop within a professional crew **Please note:** Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
