**Deckhand- 65m MY** Private/ Charter **Position:** Deckhand **Yacht:** 60m+ MY **Location:** crossing to the Med then Maldives/ Asia for winter. **Start date:** ASAP for 1 month with possibility going into permanent. Joining in Turkey. **Requirements:** Minimum Yacht Rating or NWR, Yacht Master is a plus, Valid STCW and ENG1 for a minimum of 6 months. Valid Schengen visa. **Job description:** We are looking for an experienced deckhand with solid tender driving skills and good maintenance skills. You must be comfortable with crossing to the Med. Verifiable references. **Duties & Character:** - Able to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Balances luxury service with operational discipline - Has a low-ego, collaborative attitude - Can maintain consistency across busy charter turnover - Tender Driving - Water Toys & Watersports Operations - Guest Relations & Service - Deck Maintenance & Detailing - Mooring & Anchoring Operations - Safety & Emergency Response - Teamwork & Communication **Salary:** 4,000 in USD **Package:** temporary contract. If it turns permanent, the leave is 60 days per year.
