Deckhand - Europe
Burgess recruitment is a seeking a Deckhand to join a 70m motor yacht
Requirements:
• All relevant yachting certificates up to date
• PBL2 required and Yachtmaster preferred
• Must have strong work ethic, be a team player and willing to help across departments
• Must take pride and initiative in work
• Willing to actively participate in crew initiatives and social activities, including fitness events, crew gatherings, charity projects, and passage or crossing activities.
• Understands the importance of every crew member's contribution to the overall onboard atmosphere and the guest experience.
• Demonstrates professionalism, respect, and accountability while fostering an approachable and personable working environment.
• Schengen visa & B1/B1 Visa preferred but not essential
Start date: Sept/Oct
Location: Spain
Salary: TBC
Leave: 60 days
Itinerary: Private – Dual season, crossing to Antigua late October.
