**Itinerary:** Summer MED/ Winter Caribbean
**Licence:** Basic STCW+PDSD, ENG1, Food Hygiene (min certification), WSET Level 2, Leadership, Silver service certification preferred, Schengen Visa/ EU residence, valid B1/B2 visa. Needs to have a computer and excellent organizational skills.
**Job Description**
We are looking for an **experienced Lead Service Stewardess** to join a **private 90m+ motor yacht**with a dual-season program.
The ideal candidate will have **5+ years of overall yachting experience**, including a minimum of **2+ years in a similar senior or lead service position**. Candidates with previous **Chief Stewardess experience on smaller vessels** will also be considered.
The successful candidate will have a strong and well-rounded service background, including **silver service, cocktail preparation, coffee making, table settings, and flower arrangements**. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and the confidence to guide and support the service team are essential.
The service department consists of the **Lead Service Stewardess and three Service Stewardesses**. During guest trips, one Service Stewardess covers the night duty, with the Lead generally working alongside the other two Service Stewardesses during the day. When guests are off, the full service team works together during the daytime.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the senior interior team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service department.
- Lead, guide, and support the three Service Stewardesses, maintaining consistently high service standards and a well-structured team.
- Work closely with the Chief Stewardess, assisting with interior operations, maintenance and upkeep, provisioning, guest relations, and general interior organisation.
- Take a leading role within the permanent service team throughout busy guest periods, ensuring strong organisation, consistency, and service standards across both seasons.
- Maintain consistently high standards of silver service and overall guest experience.
- Provide strong leadership and team management during busy guest periods.
- Play a key role in maintaining the structure, organisation, and smooth day-to-day operation of the service team
**Salary**: DOE, 2:2 rotation
