**Location:** South Florida
**Start date:** Soon
**Itinerary: South Florida during fall and winter. Summer - TBD. The boat will be relocated.**
**License Required: USCG 100** **GT+** (must hold USCG license)
**Requirements:**
Passport - US or green card holder/US work authorization
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
**Good maintenance and engineering skills**
**Other Requirements:**
Active, happy disposition.
Accountable and responsible.
Hands on and help ensure safe operations. Trip planning, etc.
Previous experience working with management companies or willingness to work with one.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the yacht's navigation, safety, maintenance, and daily operations.
- Help plan enjoyable boating, fishing, beach, and water-sports experiences.
- Maintain a current knowledge of local beaches, fishing areas, waterways, and cruising destinations.
- Hold and maintain a current fishing license.
- Maintain a list of reliable temporary crew who can assist as needed.
- Provide a warm, professional, and hospitable experience for the owners, family, and guests.
**Salary range:** Within yachting salary guidelines depending on your past experience and compensation.
**Package:** to be finalized during interview process.
**Commercial Registered Yacht: NO, Under 200GT.**
