Interior Manager - Worldwide
Burgess Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a Temporary Interior Manager for a 100m+ Private yacht.
We are seeking a well-rounded, switched on and confident Interior Manager to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht.
Requirements:
• All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on 100m+ vessels, ideally across both private and charter operations
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing large interior teams
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and budgeting abilities
• Confident, approachable, and composed under pressure
• Passion for building a positive, healthy, and supportive crew culture
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Start date: Immediate (within 1 week)
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 9000
Duration: Temporary role
Vessel Program and itinerary: Med season-winter tbc
