Opportunity for a permanent employment after the winter season.** **Requirements:** YM + and 3+ years experience as a mate on similar sized vessels Passport (valid for minimum 1 year) Schengen visa (if the nationality requires) Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year) STCW + Refresher **The new candidate, being winter would need to be happy to do work on deck as well as usual bridge ISM, chart updates and so on.** Self motivated Experience with watches, lines, fenders, anchors, tender driving Happy disposition Very organized Verifiable positive references. **The candidate must be:** - Confident and fun personality who can interact well with guests. \- Ready to learn \- Take constructive criticism well. \- Be flexible \- A team player \- Work well individually \- Proactive **JOB DETAILS:** For the winter season this yacht runs with 4 crew. Captain, Engineer, Mate and Chief Stewardess. The crew will take some of their acquired time off during the winter months so the mate will need to be capable of being in charge.
