Schengen visa. **Job description:** We are looking for a Chief Stewardess for this 70m+ Private dual season MY. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional service standards, and a passion for delivering the highest levels of guest experience and onboard hospitality. Additional requirements: - Proven experience as Chief Stewardess (or senior interior role) on yachts of comparable size. - Comprehensive knowledge of interior operations, including silver service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventory management, and interior maintenance. - Strong ability to lead, train and motivate the interior team. - Excellent organisational and planning skills with a proactive approach to guest service and vessel standards. - Ability to manage budgets, ordering and stock control for the interior department. **Character:** Adaptive and positive. Must have a good team management skill. Interior team total of 5. Chief Stewardess, 2nd Stewardess, 2 x Stewardess + 1 Steward. No visible tattoos **Leave:** 4:2 rotation/ 121 days leave **Salary:** Euro 6,000 month **Package:** Health Insurance coverage as per the yacht's policy.
