**Title: Chief Stewardess (3 month temp contract with the possibility to get 2:2 rotation if both parties are happy)**

**Itinerary**: Mediterranean, Caribbean, Canada, USA
**Requirements:** Medical Fitness Certificate. STCW. Food Hygiene L2. B1/B2 visa, Canadian visa, Schengen if needed. Any accounting/Purser certificate is a plus.
No Smokers / No Tattoos preferred.
Fluent English is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the interior team of 6
- Oversee service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and guest experience
- Maintain established SOPs, schedules, and systems
- Deliver a high standard of service for both private use and charters (approx. 6-8 per year)
- Work closely with all HODs and owners to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventories and interior budgets.
- Ensure seamless guest transitions and personalized service onboard
- Handle pressure during busy charter periods with grace and professionalism
- **Provide creative input for charters while respecting existing systems**
- **Be able to create itineraries and book restaurants, excursions, and other activities.**

- Solid charter experience and strong organizational ability
- **Able to step into a well-functioning interior without disrupting flow**
- Strong eye for detail and guest service, with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Accountable with experience in budgeting, accounting, and reporting
- Works well in a multicultural and multigenerational crew environment
- Strong references and longevity in previous roles
**Job specifics:**
Lots of admin work.
Interior team of 6 - Chief Stew, Lead stew, 2 service stews, HK stew and Laundry stew.
Guest: mature guest and owners. Not a party boat.
Charter guest may bring kids sometimes.
