**Position:** Female Deckhand **Job ID:** 11049307 **Yacht:** 70m+ Private MY **Itinerary**: East Africa and Seychelles, Arabian Sea, Arabian Gulf and Indian Ocean **Start date**:ASAP **Requirements:** - STCW, ENG1 - Power Boat Level 2 - All documents should be current and valid. - **Responsibilities:** We are looking for an energetic female deckhand fully experienced on deck (minimum 12 months of experience): Skills: - Good knowledge of general deck operations and maintenance (Beach set-up and water operations, Basic deck maintenance, Line handling and mooring operations) - Tender-driving experience is highly preferred. - Confident and competent in handling small tenders and boats. Character: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Physically fit, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors. - Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach. - Professional appearance and excellent work ethic. - Guest-focused with a willingness to assist with water activities and guest operations. - Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a busy yacht environment. **Other:** Female only due to cabin arrangements.
