This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new programme from the very beginning. The vessel will be handed over in mid-October and will most likely remain in Europe over the winter, allowing time to be fully set up and prepared for the season ahead, with plans to explore destinations off the beaten track. **Requirements** - Extensive experience preparing freshly caught fish and seafood - Ability to prepare nutritious and healthy meals - Ability to prepare low-carbohydrate, high-protein meals - Valid STCW - Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical - Minimum one year experience in a similar role - EU passport/proper visas for Europe **Preferences**: - Keen interest in fishing and diving - Outdoorsy and watersports oriented - Clean and organized - Positive nice attitude, team player, enjoys being active and healthy.
