Destination Manager required for Windstar Cruises!

We are looking for a Destination Manager to join Windstar Cruises! The Destination Manager is responsible for the overall Shore Excursion program onboard. The essential Duties & Responsibilities:- - Manage and deliver the highest possible quality of destination engagement on board. - Port Presentations and Future Cruise Presentation - Achieve or exceed quality standards and ratings with quality checks on tours and equipment with weekly reporting - Responsible for dispatch, coordinating with local representatives including disembarkation and embarkation - Host dinners - Scout ports for new information and ideas - Support onboard management by attending meetings Requirements: STCW 4-Part Basic Training SDSD (Seafarers with Designated Security Duties) Experienced public speaking C1D visa **Please note the cabin on some ships is shared** Must have ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a highly diverse environment and able to execute operational imperatives in a swift and demanding environment.
