Join OSM Thome as an Ordinary Seaman (OS) on a passenger ferry trading in the Netherlands. You will work as part of a professional deck crew, helping to keep the vessel safe, clean, and ready for passengers every day. • Key responsibilities: • Assist with mooring and unmooring operations • Carry out lookout and gangway watch as instructed • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of decks and accommodation • Handle lines, fenders, and deck equipment safely • Support bridge and deck officers during drills and safety routines • Help ensure safe and orderly embarkation and disembarkation of passengers • Requirements: • Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman • Seagoing medical fitness certificate • Experience on passenger vessels or ferries is an advantage • Good English communication skills • Safety-minded, reliable, and able to work in a team
