Cook | Passenger - Ocean Cruise | Mediterranean

Join OSM Thome as a 3rd Cook on a passenger ocean cruise vessel sailing in the Mediterranean. Work with an international galley team, help prepare tasty and safe meals for guests and crew, and gain valuable sea service in a professional cruise operation. • Key responsibilities: • Assist in daily food preparation for passengers and crew, following menus and recipes • Support the Cook and senior galley staff with cooking, portioning, and plating • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley, stores, and equipment • Follow food safety, HACCP, and company standards at all times • Assist with receiving, checking, and proper storage of provisions • Requirements: • Previous galley or cook experience at sea or from hotels/restaurants • Basic seafarer certificates (STCW) and valid medical fitness • Good knowledge of basic cooking methods and food safety • Ability to work in shifts in a busy galley environment • Good English communication and teamwork skills
