ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated Junior HRIS Analyst to join our Organization Effectiveness team and grow into a meaningful HR technology career. In this role, you will help support and improve our People platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, LMS, Phenom, and OpenText.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with systems and data, and learning in a collaborative environment. You will receive structured learning in HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors, while gaining exposure to system configuration, including workflows, business rules, and permissions. As you grow in the role, you will also be supported towards SAP SuccessFactors certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Investigate and resolve day to day system issues with guidance
• Support end-users during system or process changes
• Participate in HRIS projects, enhancements, testing, releases, and process improvement initiatives.
• Review and validate consultant-delivered configurations and implementations to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve system documentation, process maps, governance standards, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate and support integrations, mappings, and interfaces between Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), VPP, and other connected systems.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements and documentation of those.
• Support organizational structure changes and ensure accurate maintenance of positions, reporting relationships, and workforce data.
• Monitor support trends and proactively identify opportunities to reduce ticket volumes, eliminate data inconsistencies, and improve the overall user experience.
• Participate in HRIS and digital innovation initiatives, including process automation and AI-supported improvements (e.g., CoPilot, Joule)
• Support the migration and optimization of our operations' Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate flows, related SharePoint solutions) into a governed, version-controlled framework
• Perform peer-reviewed testing on flows and apps before promotion to production — including test-case design, validation runs, and documentation of test evidence
• Contribute to systems for documenting business processes, change requests, and control evidence in a way that supports internal review and governance requirements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or similar (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong interest in systems, data, and process improvement
• Basic HRIS/ERP or SQL knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured
• Good communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English
