Responsibilities
• Partner with onboard leadership and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and sustain learning solutions that support operational goals, Core Values, and the Princess brand strategy.
• Conduct thorough learning needs analyses using interviews, performance observations, operational data, and guest feedback to identify capability gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of shipboard leadership development programs, ensuring content is practical, engaging, and aligned with current business priorities.
• Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops, learning sessions, and team-building activities that strengthen capability, collaboration, and a culture of service excellence.
• Work closely with the Human Resources Learning & Development team to co-create, test, and pilot new training programs, ensuring consistency and readiness for fleetwide rollout.
• Use data-driven insights (e.g., evaluation results, performance metrics, trend analysis) to measure training effectiveness and provide clear recommendations to enhance program quality and outcomes.
• Oversee participant enrollment, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations to monitor learning impact and inform curriculum updates.
• Support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives by designing learning interventions, communication, and coaching that enable smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in learning, training, or organizational development roles, including end-to-end program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership and behavioural skills workshops for diverse audiences, ideally within hospitality, travel, or service-driven environments.
• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to diagnose learning needs, challenge assumptions, and translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present to groups and senior leaders.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital learning tools or learning management systems.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, shipboard or remote environment.
