class="jobdescription"> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Program Associate supports and works directly with the Sr. Manager, Program Management located in Turku Finland to gather, analyze, and report data that elevates visibility into project areas and informs recommended courses of action. Assigned projects are typically automated data entry tasks, data analysis (including Power BI), project planning, tracking, and status reporting that require no interaction with broad teams and partners. Interfaces directly with the RCCL European Turku Office to ensure alignment of tasks. Supports project teams in collection of quantitative/qualitative statistics and performs basic numerical analysis. Manages complex invitations for weekly workshops and established meeting routines from project calendars. Monitors and reports on overall progress KPIs. Compiles ad hoc taskforce reports, including all KPIs, charts, and graphs. Provides detailed remarks and updates on ongoing tasks. Oversees inspection schedules and reports findings. Tracks and reviews Basic Design drawings. Monitors FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) processes. Reports on drawing approval status. Assesses and reports on area and cabin readiness. Tracks and updates commissioning status, including key remarks. Reviews and reports on safety compliance and incidents. Maintains and updates the action log status regularly. Tracks, monitors, and reports on several small to medium-size special projects. Utilizes project management tools and techniques to develop and maintain project scope. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and advanced proficiency in Power BI. Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude. Performs other duties as required. All above tasks are mainly executing actions QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and advanced proficiency in Power BI, advanced proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude and other data analysis/reporting tools.
