Ready to turn engineering plans into exceptional ships?
As part of our Newbuild Team , you act as the key link between engineering, the shipyard, and subcontractors. You are responsible for the planning, alignment, and coordination of the complete outfitting of passenger vessels, from hull to final delivery.
You ensure that all systems (electrical, HVAC, and interior) are properly integrated and delivered according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. You work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure the project is completed smoothly and successfully.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Your key responsibilities include:
•
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and teams at the shipyard
•
Monitoring planning, quality, and safety
•
Coordinating technical disciplines (electrical systems, HVAC, interior)
•
Resolving technical issues on site
•
Reviewing and distributing drawings and technical documentation
•
Supervising the installation of HVAC, drainage, electrical systems, and interior elements
What You Bring Onboard
•
Bachelor’s level of working and thinking (or equivalent experience)
•
At least 5 years of experience in ship outfitting or technical project environments
•
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and drainage
•
Experience with AutoCAD (2D)
•
Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
•
Strong communication and organizational skills
